Investing In Communities is a nonprofit social enterprise. We enable individuals and businesses to fund nonprofits for free through brokered real estate transactions. 

Our mission is to empower socially responsible consumers to connect directly to professionals who will fund nonprofits.

By leveraging competitive markets and the passion of nonprofit supporters, Investing In Communities empowers individuals and businesses to fund their cause for free.

We envision a global society in which the interests of the public and private sectors are aligned to transform business transactions into acts of philanthropy.

How we do it

Funding a nonprofit through Investing In Communities is simple. Our online platform allows individuals and businesses to connect with socially responsible real estate professionals who will donate to their clients' favorite nonprofits. 1. 8.75 cents retained per dollar distributed to nonprofits
