Matt is a Senior Vice President at Jameson Commercial. Matt is a specialist in the disposition and acquisition of Chicago multi-family and (re)development properties. With eight years of brokerage experience in the industry, including tenure at a national scale firm as well as a boutique neighborhood firm, Matt's expertise in investment sales is extremely well-versed. Matt has personally sold over $100M of property from 2007-Present through the representation of individual owners, developers, private equity firms, and financial institutions. Matt has spent his entire life living in the City of Chicago, growing up in Humboldt Park and Irving Park, and he currently resides in Lakeview with his wife, Stacey. Matt attended the University of Illinois, graduating in 2002 with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Personally, Matt is an Executive Board Member of the MRJBF, a charitable organization which raises money for research at Children's Memorial Hospital, and is a lifelong hockey player.
