Improved Market Access: We enable a newly organized, expanding market of socially conscious consumers to connect directly to YOU! So kiss referral fees goodbye. These consumers already support nonprofits with their own time and money. They are individuals, corporations, businesses, and other organizations that want to see their real estate transactions support local, national, or international nonprofits.
Discounted Business Acquisition: Membership dues are only $150 per year, less than the cost of running a classified ad for two weekends in the mainstream newspaper. In addition, Membership requires that when you get business through IIC, at least 10% of your commission will be donated through IIC to the nonprofit of your client’s choice. Of course, you are free to pledge a higher percentage. In comparison to standard referral fees of 15-25%, 10% is low!
Joining IIC is simple. To create your online account and submit payment of your annual Membership dues, just click here then select "Participate Now." When your application has been reviewed and approved, you will become an official IIC Real Estate Member. Your profile will be posted on our website and listed in a searchable database of participating real estate professionals.

Yes, becoming an IIC Real Estate Member is an individual decision. We have no policy requiring that Membership be firm-wide.

The IIC model is consistent with all known real estate license acts. IIC has two process structures in order to accommodate slight differences in commission-sharing rules across the 50 US states, US Territories, Mexico, and all Canadian states except the Northwest Territories.
IIC will provide you with a profile page on the IIC website and a place in our searchable Member Gallery. In addition, you will receive access to official marketing materials posted online, which you may download and distribute to prospective clients. You can also use your IIC profile page as a mini-website and direct prospective clients there.
