Before Stephanie Cutter became a licensed real estate professional, she seriously considered becoming a teacher. So it's little surprise that this Chicago-based expert excels in representing first-time homebuyers. Cutter takes her responsibility to educate and inform her clients very seriously - empowering them to make the best decision possible. Judging by the numbers, the care Stephanie invests in her clients pays off.

Since 2009, Stephanie has helped 28 first time home buyers. Working all over Chicago - from Evanston to Chinatown and all the way west to Harlem - Stephanie has sold over $32.5 million in real estate through 110 transactions in the last 3 years! Thanks to this impressive track record, Stephanie has consistently been awarded the Coldwell Banker President's Circle designation since 2006 - placing her performance in the top 2% of approximately 3,500 regional agents with the firm.

Whether she's working with clients buying or selling condos, town homes, single-family homes, or 2 to 4 flats, Stephanie digs into the details. Sellers can trust her to frame their options with in-depth analysis of regional trends and market conditions. Buyers can trust that she will demystify the complex and sometimes stressful process of purchasing their first home. Stephanie knows that it's in her client's best interest to get the full picture, and the genuine enjoyment she takes in educating others motivates her to go above and beyond.

A licensed Realtor since 2001, Stephanie traces her interest in real estate to her mother, who began practicing real estate when Stephanie was in middle school. Watching her mother build a successful business while also being a great mom left a strong impression. Real estate stood out as a profession that allowed driven women to build a career and a family.

Stephanie discovered Investing In Communities® through the IIC Nonprofit Partner Lincoln Park Community Shelter, where she volunteered regularly with her church. IIC struck Stephanie as a great tool to serve her community and empower her clients while also growing her business - a win, win, win. As an IIC Member, Stephanie can choose to pledge 10% of her commission to a prospective client's favorite nonprofit - gaining business by doing good. And of course, IIC enables socially responsible consumers to connect with Stephanie directly.

But what excites Stephanie most about IIC is the opportunity it affords her to make a positive impact. "Sometimes a big city can feel like a tough place to make a difference," she notes, "But whether you are volunteering or donating, once you roll up your sleeves and get started you can really see the impact of your contribution."

Thank you Stephanie, for investing in communities!
