National Institute for Civic Enterprise

The mission of the National Institute for Civic Enterprise (NICE) is to engage and networkcreative human service nonprofit founders, new and seasoned, from across the nation for the purpose of sharing and replicating successful innovations into more communities to accelerate help to the disadvantaged. We accomplish this through a state-of-the-art web-based platform that provides an emergent knowledge base, forums, nonprofit visibility, online training, and leadership mentoring. We network with like-minded professionals and organization who consult and mentor young nonprofits. We spotlight in the media a nonprofit 5 years old or less with the annual "NICE Award". The award recognizes a nonprofit that has replicated and been mentored by an existing nonprofit model.
