The Renacer Westside Community Network, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization serving Chicago's Near West Side community. Renacer was established in 1995; its founders Edgar P. Lucas, Jr. and Rod Farrar started the organization with the purpose of renewal and revitalization of Chicago's Near West Side. Renacer's mission is to assist underserved communities of Chicago's West side improve their quality of life through education and economic development. We offer homework assistance, tutoring, computer training, and ACT and SAT Test Preparation. We also offer weatherization training and Microsoft Office training.
