Illinois Legislative Latino Caucus Foundation

The Illinois Legislative Latino Caucus Foundation (ILLCF) is a non-partisan and tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization established in 2002 with three important goals:

To empower Illinois Latinos and increase access to federal, state and community programs in critically important areas;

To provide college scholarships for young Latino men and women who need assistance to further their education; and

To support research and the widespread distribution of policy reports through the Illinois Latino Public Policy Institute.

The Foundation’s Board of Directors includes members of the Illinois Legislative Latino Caucus and others from Illinois Latino communities.
