The Roseland Community Collaborative (RCC), is a non-profit corporation organized in October 17, 2008. The RCC has brought together a unique group of community based non-profit organizations dedicated to improving the lives of the disenfranchised members of our community. Our collective mission is to improve the quality of life by providing a catalyst for neighborhood and community development, stimulating social interaction, encouraging self-reliance through training, mentoring and providing opportunities for employment. The RCC is committed to curbing recidivism and unemployment of dislocated workers and youth in under-privileged areas, while providing energy auditing training, OSHA training and on the job training with general contractors. Our goal is to create 60 skilled jobs with individuals offering them Davis Beacon pay wages and stipends to complete training.

Referral fees are a common expense paid by brokers only to other brokers for much desired referrals. As a licensed broker with a charitable mission, IIC is able to accept referral fees and pass most of those funds to your charity of choice - at no cost to you.
