It’s important to wait to do that until after you have registered your transaction with us and we have contacted your selected broker to refer your transaction to them. Then you can contact the broker that you want to act as your Representing Broker to discuss entering into a brokerage contract with their brokerage company. We will let you know after we have made this referral. If you sign a brokerage contract before we contact that broker, we will not receive a Referral Fee from their brokerage company, and we will therefore be unable to make a Charity Support Payment to your Favorite Charity.
