IIC CAN WORK WITH ANY AGENT/BROKER IN THE US
Let us know if you have a broker in mind. Or, we can provide you with several referrals. Either way, there’s no cost to the buyers or sellers who want to help a nonprofit, cause, or individual they care about.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Agents/brokerage companies can not pay IIC to call them
- IIC chooses agents/brokers for matching expertise, only
- IIC does not choose agents/brokers because they may be generous
- Primary concern for consumers is buying for the least and selling for most… and IIC gives the consumer an advantage.

REAL ESTATE CONSUMERS
A typical sale of a $300,000 generates $1,500 for the nonprofit, cause, or worthy individual of your choice. When you start with IIC, you can work with virtually any agent or broker.
